Refund policy

At LabSports, we make it a priority to offer high-performance, durable products that meet our customers' expectations. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. RETURN PERIOD

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of the product.

No request will be accepted after this deadline.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be new, unused and showing no signs of wear
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • No product that has been used, modified or damaged will be accepted

LabSports reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS (MAJOR CLAUSE)

All personalized products including, but not limited to:

  • personalized name or number
  • choice of flex, curve, length or finish
  • any modification specific to the customer's request

are considered final sales.

👉 No refund, exchange or cancellation is possible once the order is confirmed, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

This policy is firm, as these products are custom-made and cannot be returned to inventory.

4. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES

Personalized products require additional production time.

👉 Delays may generally vary between 3 and 15 weeks before shipment, depending on complexity and demand.

By ordering a personalized product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these delays.

A production delay does not constitute a valid reason for a refund or cancellation.

5. RETURN PROCEDURE

All requests must be sent to: 📧 info@labsports.ca

Including mandatory:

  • Order number
  • Description of the request
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

6. RETURN FEES

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable
  • In the case of a LabSports error or confirmed defective product, fees will be covered

7. REFUNDS

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5 to 10 business days
  • LabSports reserves the right to refuse a refund if conditions are not met

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product presents a manufacturing defect:

  • The customer must contact us within a reasonable timeframe
  • Evidence (photos/videos) will be required
  • An analysis will be conducted before any decision is made

LabSports reserves the right to:

  • repair
  • replace
  • or refund the product

depending on the situation.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Standard orders can only be cancelled before shipment
  • Personalized orders cannot under any circumstances be cancelled after confirmation

10. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

In the case of a dispute or chargeback:

  • LabSports reserves the right to provide all necessary evidence (order, policies, communications, production)
  • Any abusive attempt will be actively contested

11. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

By making a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this policy in its entirety.
